ISO 9001:2015 — certified and verifiable
Our quality management system is certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 (CNAS / IAF accredited) for the production of stainless steel filter mesh. Certificate No. 19726Q01061R001 is valid to 29 June 2029 and can be verified directly at cnca.gov.cn. We encourage new customers to check it — a credential you can independently confirm is worth more than one you cannot.
PPAP capable
For customers who need it, we support full PPAP submissions, including the control plan, PFMEA, and dimensional and material reports. Tell us your required PPAP level and any extra elements up front, and we will build the submission to match.
Material traceability
We provide material test reports (MTRs) for the stainless steel we use — 304, 316 and 316L. The grade is chosen with you for your media and operating environment, so the certificate reflects the material actually in your part.
100% inspection, with calibrated instruments
Every batch is checked against your drawing before it ships, using calibrated measuring tools:
- Digital caliper — 0–150 mm / 0.01 mm
- Outside micrometer — 0–25 mm / 0.001 mm
- Digital height gauge — 0–300 mm / 0.02 mm
We perform 100% dimensional and visual inspection, and sample re-checks are welcome. Because our whole process is in-house — cutting, forming, welding and finishing — we catch issues at the source rather than at final check.
