Many filtration “suppliers” are traders who outsource production. Xingma is a manufacturer. From raw-material cutting to finished inspection, every step is handled in-house — for consistent quality, tight tolerances and short lead times.
In-House Processes
- CNC fiber laser cutting for precise blanks and profiles
- Stamping and pressing on open-front power presses
- Spot, seam and high-frequency welding — stable, uniform, leak-free joints
- Forming, edge binding and assembly of mesh into discs, cylinders, caps and baskets
- Deep drawing, deburring, passivation and electro-polishing on request
- OEM / ODM production strictly to your drawing, sample or specification

Inspection & Measurement
Every batch is checked against your drawing with calibrated instruments:
- Digital caliper — 0–150 mm / 0.01 mm
- Outside micrometer — 0–25 mm / 0.001 mm
- Digital height gauge — 0–300 mm / 0.02 mm
- 100% dimensional and visual inspection; first-article and PPAP documentation on request
Materials
SS 304 for general use; 304L for improved weldability; 316 and 316L where corrosion resistance matters — marine, chemical, food and high-purity applications; and other alloys on request. We help you choose the right grade for your media and environment.
Fast Prototypes, Stable Production
Because cutting, forming, welding and inspection all sit under one roof, we move quickly. Prototypes typically ship in 2–5 days, and we scale the same part smoothly into mass production — over 1.4 million pieces per year in total, at a 99%+ pass rate.
Customization Is the Default
Every part is built to your mesh count, micron rating, dimensions, shape and material. Send a drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF), a sample, or a performance target, and our engineering team will help you finalize a spec that is both manufacturable and cost-effective.
See It Live
The photos on this page are our own production line, not stock images. If you would like a live video walkthrough of a specific process — or a full video factory inspection before you order — just ask and we will arrange one.
